At AH Aura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure the quality of our products and aim to provide the best shopping experience.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

  • If you use Ozge hair oil 6 times within 2 weeks and do not see any results, we will issue a full refund of your payment except delivery charges.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be free of cost.

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence.
